Class Descriptions

All of our classes are interesting and innovative. Our workouts are music driven, challenging and fun.

Cardio Barre 60-Full Body 60 minute workout that incorporates the ballet barre.

Cardio Barre 45-45minute workout at the ballet bar, that focuses on abs, legs and buttocks.

Cardio Combo- Cardio Workout includes weights.

Cardio Cycle- Indoor  Cycling Workout.

Cardio Flow-Mind Body Flowing Cardio Workout

Cardio Mix-Cardio challenge using steps, bikes, balls
weights,  or fitness tubing.

Core Express-30 min. abdominal  workout.

Nia w/Grace-Mind Body  Cardio workout  blending Dance, Yoga & Martial Arts..

Step Workout-Cardio Step challenge.

Strength Training-A strengthening weight  workout.

Strength Flow-Mind Body Weight Training that includes Pilates training.

20/20/20-Full body workout.
20 min Cardio+20min Strength+20min Flexibility Training.

Yoga-Iyengar yoga for all levels.

Yoga/Pilates Blend-Ever changing workout sequences to strengthen  and stretch the entire  body.

ZUMBA-All Cardio dance-based workout for dancers and non-dancers alike.
